Little Things for Little People

We had an incredibly busy weekend!  We started out by going to Babies 'R Us.  I have to admit that place terrifies me.  I don't understand how there can be sooooooo many choices of everything.  And how it can all be so expensive.  After getting completely overwhelmed there we took the rest of the night off and on Saturday (between putting up insulation) we went to a local consignment shop.  We found amazing deals on maternity clothes for me - which is the other thing I can't condone the price of.  The clothes I got are super cute and in excellent condition.  A spin through the washer and just like new!  We also picked out a few little outfits for Lola.  David has a talent for picking out the baby clothes - who knew!  I must admit David has taken to this baby thing like white on rice.  It has brought about such a remarkable change in him.  He was made for fatherhood and I can't wait to see him with our son or daughter.  Then on Sunday I ran to Meijer where I found the cutest lamb layette!  It was on sale so I had to get it!  It is super cute.  Below are a few pictures of Lola's first outfits and a picture of me at 20 weeks (not even taken in a bathroom at work!)

Pooh Bear Outfit (David loved Pooh from his childhood and wants Lola to have Pooh Bear too!)

Giraffe outfit that David picked out
